Benefits
Idealism and a positive attitude at work are great, but at the end of the day, they don’t put food on the table and don’t result in true fulfilment. We want everyone here to feel valued and genuinely appreciated. That’s why we’ve established a range of benefits and structures that every team member is entitled to. Working at IBL shouldn’t be a one-sided affair, but a fair give-and-take – a collaboration that motivates and inspires. We offer our employees:
-
Flexible working hours and the option of working from home
-
Performance-related pay
-
Annual profit sharing
-
A company pension scheme
-
The option to lease a company bike
-
Company-subsidised health initiatives (Hansefit)
-
Exciting projects
-
Support through professional development opportunities
-
Company car for field employees
-
A central, accessible location
-
An open company culture
